Scripts and Wireframes for Interactive Media
Here's some ideas about how to create a sample script for any form of interactive media (the example is for videogames, but it's effective for apps):

Wireframes are a planning tool used to produce videogames, website and apps. It's basically a series of simple drawings of what the user sees at various points in the interactive experience. Every computer screen is a series of rectangles, really. You can draw these out by hand -- or use a simple PPT slide format to indicate what is "in" each rectangle and what the screen will show.
